At The 1st Annual Leading for Change Conference, we hosted several speakers, invited
50 schools, and promoted changes in women’s leadership through a day of conversation, inspiration, and innovative ideas.
Our founder, Rachel Hansen’s, view of the conference: “I think we don’t have enough women in society’s leadership.” The conference was about “getting young women involved in leadership at an early age so that they become confident in their leadership skills.”
